Fraternities and Sororities I personally don't think matter, their just like a dorm except the occupants throw more parties. You will also need dorm rooms and rentable housing.
I also assume you will need to have all the rabbitholes in your new world, whether that be in their original form or the use of a modded object (I'm converting jynx's rug when I install University Life, just gonna wait for some mods to be updated first).
Actually it would be the second then cause this post will make the thread go to the top unless it gets posted to again and I should stop rambling now I'd link but I think it's like the first topic at the moment. Auntielynds has made a post on that here. First, you'll need to know what resources to change so the game sees it as a uni world (I should note that I assume you mean making a world, either converting an old world or making a new one in CAW). I'm assuming it'll work with some restrictions.
